Revolutionary Plan to Get Out of Debt
This recent clip from Saturday Night Live via Hulu.com is a humorous “commercial” starring Steve Martin, Amy Poehler, and Chris Parnell. The product advertised in it is a book called “Don’t Buy Stuff You Cannot Afford”.
It’s really funny to watch, but I couldn’t stop thinking about how simple it really is. If you don’t have the money to buy something, you shouldn’t buy it. But so many people go ahead and buy stuff they cannot afford anyway.
